- Luggage allowance is one standard case/bag for the luggage hold and one small bag for the overhead luggage rack per person.
- Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are subject to luggage space and must be booked with the initial booking.

Travel insurance is not compulsory on our tours (unless stated in the trip details), but we do recommend having it. We recommend purchase of this once we confirm that we have enough passengers to ensure the tour runs. By booking on to the tour you accept the terms and conditions of David Manning Tours, as found in the featured section of the Facebook group home page. Mobility and dietary requirement must be notified upon booking. We endeavour to honour requirements where we can and work with our hotels accordingly, but we cannot guarantee where beyond our control. Final pick-up timings and seat numbers are subject to requirements and will be confirmed around two weeks prior to departure.
