The collection is a treasure trove of the world’s oldest airworthy vintage aircraft from 1909-1950, as well as historical agriculture and steam exhibits, veteran vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, vintage buses and carriages. Nine-acre Swiss Garden. Is a unique example of a Regency Garden in the ‘Swiss Picturesque’ or ‘Alpine style’ forming part of the grade 2 listed Old Warden Park. This stunning space is home to a range of quirky structures, resident peacocks and champion trees. There’s plenty to discover at Shuttleworth.
Following our meet and greet on arrival, we discover the rich heritage of the Shuttleworth collection including its six hangers and Swiss Garden, with a self-guided tour. A complimentary hot drink is included. The Runway café offers a fantastic range of locally sourced food and drink. From breakfast to lunch, daily specials all freshly cooked to order. Coffee and a wide variety of cakes to keep you fuelled during your visit. With so much to see here there’s no need to worry as your entrance ticket is valid for up to 30 days return.
