Minimum 4 hours in Whitby

Following our morning pick ups we head to Yorkshire and arrive Whitby late morning. One of the most picturesque towns on the Yorkshire cost. Set around the fishing harbour at the mouth of the river Esk with the famous landmark of the Gothic Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for Bram Stokers “Dracula” looking down over the cliff top. With the Nearby Church of St. Mary reached by 199 steps. The Captain Cook Memorial Museum, in the house where Cook once lived, displaying paintings and maps. The Dracula Museum. Plenty of cobbled narrow streets filled with independent gift shop and eateries. Beach, amusements, boat trips, tall ships, the locally caught succulent fish & chips is a must of course. And always plenty of ice creams to enjoy. A proper summer seaside day out.

This trip is suitable for all ages, singles, groups and families.
