Day 1 Monday “Christmas Eve”
We depart Lincoln early morning picking up enroute. A morning coffee stop enroute as we head south through the shires Northampton, Warwick, Gloucester and through the Mendip Hills to Sanders Garden Centre. With time to enjoy some lunch and Christmas gift shopping. Onwards through to Devon and the picturesque harbour town of Torquay on the English Rivera and our hotel The Riveria Hotel for the next 4 nights. Mince pies are served. Free use of swimming included. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the seafront and town centre. Evening dinner included. After dinner its show bar time for the nightly quiz, bingo & live entertainment. Plus 2for1 drink offers.

Day 2 Tuesday “Christmas Day”
A free day to enjoy the delights of Torquay, with its palmed tree promenade and gardens. Set in the attractive bay area at the foot of the cliffs with its small harbour and town offerings. With plenty of choice for morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea, in one of the many cafés, tea shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as the hotels facilities and entertainment. Christmas dinner is served this evening with all the trimmings and possibly a visit by Santa himself. Followed by evening quiz, bingo and live entertainment. Plus 2for1 drink offers.

Day 3 Wednesday “Boxing Day”
Join us on an optional excursion to the Benedictine monastery Buckfast Abbey, Take a stroll around the abbey, the gardens and small exhibition, as well as a morning cuppa and cake or early lunch in the abbey restaurant. followed by a visit to the beautiful riverside little town of Dartmouth. With time to explore the quaint shops Cafes, and pubs. Or enjoy a guided river cruise along the river Dart (subject to operating times) *Fee not included. Evening dinner included. After dinner its show time with the evening’s entertainment. Plus 2for1 drink offers.

Day 4 Thursday “New Year’s Eve” 
Join us on an optional excursion to the local historical Premonstratensian canons monastery Torre Abbey and gardens for a self-guided visit. Before we take a short drive to the far side of the town and visit the famous UNESCO World heritage prehistoric Kent Caverns. First a light lunch snack in the café before we take our tour into the caverns with a very interesting, guided tour followed by seasonal mince pies and mulled wine. Please note the caverns are not accessible for scooters or wheelchairs, although a video of the caverns can be viewed from the café area. An opportunity to purchase a souvenir from the gift shop before our return to the hotel. We enjoy our last evening dinner, live entertainment and New Years Eve party. Plus 2for1 drink offers

Day 5 Friday “Departure Day”
After breakfast we check out and begin our return journey homewards. Firstly, to the city of Wells. England’s smallest city for a short visit and morning coffee or early lunch stop. Visit the cathedral and its small unique high street. With approximately two hours here before continuing back to Lincolnshire with refreshment stop enroute. We arrive back in Lincoln early evening, make our drop offs and say farewell.
