Day 1. Sunday 24th January
We pick up our passengers and head to our morning comfort stop before making our way just over the border to the famous Gretna Green blacksmiths. Time here to enjoy the gift shops, visit the Blacksmiths Museum (Entrance not included) and use the coffee shop and restaurant. We continue our journey arrive the 4-star Peebles Hydro Hotel late afternoon to welcome drinks and canapes. With time to freshen up prior to our evening dinner. We enjoy 3 nights at the Peebles Hydro Hotel.
Day 2. Monday 25th January
After a good relaxing Scottish hearty breakfast is a morning of relaxing and enjoying the facilities of the hotel. This afternoon we visit the 1881 Gin Distillery which is located within the hotel grounds, with a tour and tastings included. Tonight, Dinner jackets and evening wear at the ready. As we gather to celebrate in formal style, Scotland’s most famous poet Robert Burns. As we enjoy a Burns theme dinner with address to the haggis & piper.
Day 3. Tuesday 26th January
A full free day to enjoy the hotel facilities, relax and unwind. Including free use of the swimming pool & Spa areas. Maybe treat yourself to some personal pampering and spa treatments (not included) or adventure into the nearby town of Peebles, approximately a 10-minute walk.
Day 4. Wednesday 27th January
After breakfast we depart our hotel and begin our journey homeward with a late morning stop at a woollen mill and services area, before returning to Lincolnshire.

All are welcome on this amazing tour as we step back in time and history remembering the Scottish Poet Robert Burns. 1759-1796 regarded as the national poet of Scotland, who wrote lyrics and songs in Scots and in English. He was also famous for his amours and his rebellion against orthodox religion. Today he is celebrated worldwide. But there is no better place to celebrate the life and works of Rabbie Burns than on Scottish soil, and for us at the famous and charming Peebles Hydro hotel located in the borders area of Scotland.
